A. To Return an Item for a Refund

Provide Proof: Submit clear photos or videos as evidence of the quality issue.
Await Approval: Once our team reviews and approves your request (within 30 days of receipt), you will receive detailed return instructions and a specific return address.
Ship the Item Back: Return the unused, resalable item in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Receive Your Refund: We will process your refund within 7 to 15 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
B. To Exchange an Item
Contact Us & Provide Proof: Email us at support@beautyzens.com with photos or videos for review.
Ship After Approval: Upon approval, ship the original item back using the provided return address.
Receive Your Replacement: We will ship the replacement item after carefully inspecting the returned product.
3. Process for Shipping Damage
If your package arrived damaged, you must notify our Customer Service Center within 7 business days of delivery. Please submit your claim to support@beautyzens.com and provide supporting evidence (photos/videos). We will arrange an exchange or refund accordingly.
4. Important Notes
Return Condition: All items must be unused, in resalable condition, and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Address: Do not send returns to the sender address on your package or to our company office address. The correct return address will be provided by customer service after your request is approved.
Pre-Approval Required: We cannot accept any unauthorized returns. You must contact us first and receive a return authorization.
5. Refund Processing & Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Processing typically takes 7 to 15 business days, though timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
